About me
As distinctive traits of my personality, I would put empathy and analytical skills, that allow a quick untangling of complex situations, which my creativity and meticulousness can turn them into an advantage. This flexibility has led to success in my various experiences : from “out of the box” projects in the private sector to highly regulated and technical communication in the public sector.
At the United Nations Office at Geneva, my role in Social Media management honed a diverse skill set that significantly enhanced my professional capabilities. I planned, created, and curated daily social media content, which sharpened my strategic thinking and creativity, allowing me to engage diverse audiences effectively. Monitoring various sources for new content and drafting posts for platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn cultivated my adaptability in fast-paced environments. Editing videos and creating visuals further refined my technical proficiency in multimedia production, while capturing photographs and short videos improved my ability to tell compelling stories visually. Additionally, drafting weekly and monthly performance reports enhanced my analytical skills, enabling me to propose informed content strategies based on data insights. Attending biweekly press briefings and meetings of human rights treaty bodies strengthened my written communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in both English and French. This experience deepened my understanding of public discourse and media relations, equipping me with the tools to navigate complex topics with empathy and professionalism. Overall, my time at the UN enriched my ability to produce impactful communication in both regulated and dynamic contexts.
Before that, I used to work as a Social Lead for France for PUBG Mobile and UNDAWN and as a Community Manager of BitLife Français, three big companies in the mobile gaming industry. My work consisted in devising communication strategies, creating content, managing social media accounts, delivering weekly performance reports, organising social media events and managing teams of designers and community managers. I carried out several very successful marketing campaigns for PUBG Mobile, almost tripling engagement rate (+273 ER for Royale Madness campaign) and a quick audience growth for BitLife Français, through a local content strategy (reaching 20 000 followers in the first month).
I am a Bulgarian who has been formed by French education and culture. First, I graduated at the Lycée Français Victor Hugo, which is one of the highest ranking school in the AEFE when it comes to future career path.
Secondly, I received a Bachelor degree of Political Science, at the University of Montpellier, that taught me about the complexities of the public sector. During those studies, I discovered my affinity for communication and digital marketing by working for different associations - from charity, to political education and finally a musical association of independent artists.
Thirdly, my Master in Marketing, Communication and Commercial strategies built strong business skills linked to marketing, communication and brand creation. My thesis focused on place marketing, where I developed a rich marketing strategy (thorough territorial market diagnosis, target group analysis and complete brand identity development) for a rural area in France that received the grade 17 out of 20.
My university career has been enriched by professional experience in charge of communication in the private, semi-public international and public sectors. I’ve worked in a SME in a luxury Concept store, in a semi-public urban development establishment, a city hall and a communication agency Bold Creators Club. My work as a self-employed entrepreneur and at Bold Creators Club allowed be to build communication strategies and implement them for clients such as GetCourse, Undawn, PUBG Mobile, Memorall and BitLife. My results as a community manager and leadership skills, allowed me to lead teams of community managers and designers, overseeing strategy and organisation.
I further developed my sales, communication and storytelling skills, through my cat and dog behaviourist secondary enterprise, I created after my certification at Vox Animae. Consultations with clients required very good human psychology knowledge, in order to quickly understand the individual and their needs, to be able to change their habits and help them see another point of view. My website and my Instagram, were powerful communication tools that brought me closer to my community and allowed my enterprise to thrive.
